Dozens of Israeli settlers invaded the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem under the protection of Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday morning, March 22, 2023.

The Palestinian Department of Islamic Endowment in occupied Jerusalem reported that tens of Israeli extremist settlers broke into Al-Aqsa and carried out provocative tours at its courtyards.

The Endowment pointed out that Israeli Jewish settlers performed provocative Talmudic rituals under Israeli occupation forces’ protection.

Israeli settlers carry out semi-daily incursions into the blessed Mosque in Jerusalem and provocatively perform Talmudic rituals under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

Israeli Temple groups are planning to increase raids at Al-Aqsa Mosque during the upcoming holy month of Ramadan which starts on the evening of Wednesday, March 22nd.

Meanwhile, Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem continue their calls to mobilize at Al-Aqsa to confront the Israeli incursions, expected to rise during the holy month of Ramadan.

Israeli occupation authorities impose suffocating restrictions on the Palestinians’ entry to Al-Aqsa, regularly banning worshipers from entering the holy Mosque.

In February 2023 alone, at least 3583 Israeli settlers invaded the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque under the protection of Israeli forces.
